Hon. George Burton Brown is now the generalissimo and supreme chief in command of all branches of the Roaring Fork Water, Light and Power Company of Aspen, Colorado. It is said Bert was thus honored by his brother, Hon. *David R. C. Brown, for his long and faithful service. It is always a pleasure for the editorial staff of The Times to note the advancement of any one of Aspens citizens, and in this case it affords us extreme pleasure, indeed.
