Mrs. Ella B. Rea, age 85, former resident of Waynesburg, and widow of Albert Rea, died at 4:45 p.m. Thursday, January 12, 1950, in the home of her daughter, Mrs. David B. Squibb, of Barnesville, Ohio. She had been in ill health for several years, seriously so for six months.
A daughter of the late John F. and Marianne Barclay Baily, she was born November 19, 1864 in Cumberland township. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Waynesburg. Her husband preceded her in death several years ago. She lived in Waynesburg for many years and moved to the home of her daughter, in Ohio, five years ago.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. David B. Squibb, with whom she made her home; three grandchildren; one brother, Frank Baily of Pittsburgh and one sister, Mrs. Lizzie B. Scott of Waynesburg.
