Mildred Louise Baugher, 74, of Douglasville, Ga., wife of Harold Wilmer Baugher, died Monday, Nov. 4, 2002, at her home.

She moved to Douglasville two years ago and had lived in Baltimore, Md.

Mrs. Baugher was born Oct. 14, 1928, in Harrisonburg, Va., and was the daughter of the late Edna Virginia McNeil and Linford Carrier.

She is survived by two daughters, a son, and eight grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to Wellstar Community Hospice.

Arrangements are by the Cremation Society of the South.
