Funeral services for Sr. M. Francine, 54, of the Sisterhood of St. Agnes who died Saturday, were held today at 8 a.m. at the convent chapel, with burial in St. Joseph's Springs cemetery. Sister Francine previously had taught music for a number of years. Her last mission was a St. Mary's Springs academy.

Sr. M. Francine's baptismal name was Helen Barbara. She was baptized in St. Cloud Church, St. Cloud WI on Dec. 4, 1898. Helen entered St. Agnes Convent on Aug. 18, 1917, professed her first vows on Aug. 15, 1920 and her final vows on Aug. 23, 1923.
