ST. CLOUD RESIDENT DIES

Mrs. Mary Anna Kohlmann, 77, Expires After Long Illness

Mrs. Mary Anna Kohlmann, 77, widow of Frank Kohlmann, died at her home in St. Cloud at 6 p.m. Wednesday after an illness of six months.

Born in the Town of Marshfield Oct. 22, 1859, she was the daughter of Ferdinand and Kathryn Dreifuerst, natives of Germany. Her marriage to Mr. Kohlmann took place May 6, 1884. She was a resident of Wisconsin all her life.

Surviving are 11 children, Sr. M. Francine of St. Agnes convent, Richard of the Town of Byron, Louis, Claude, Herman and Mrs. Clara Berenz of St. Cloud, Mrs. John Karls and Val of Johnsburg, Ralph of Cascade, Emil of Plymouth and Mrs. Arthur Borndahl of this city; three sisters, Mrs. Regina Knaus of St. Cloud, Mrs. Pauline Isaac of this city and Mrs. Barbara Voelker of St. Anna, 28 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Her husband died 9 years ago.

Mrs. Kohlmann was a member of the Christian Mothers society of St. Claudius church, St. Cloud, where a funeral mass will be read at 10 a.m. Saturday by the Rev. Stephen Zohlen. Services at the residence will be at 9:30 a.m. and burial will be in St. Claudius cemetery.
