Mark Roberts Lusk, 60, of
Englewood died Tuesday
July 21, 1981 in a Cleveland
hospital.

Mr. Lusk a native of Blount County
and former resident of Detroit, Mich.,
was a son of the late Montie M. and
Emma Burrell Lusk. He was
preceded in death by a sister, Mrs.
Sue Allen, in 1948.

Mr. Lusk was a member of the First
Baptist Church in Englewood and a
retired employee of the J.L. Hudson
Company in Detroit, Mich. He was a
veteran of World War II, having
served in the U.S. Marine Corps in the
South Pacific.

Survivors include his wife Mrs.
Mary Elizabeth Barnett Lusk of
Englewood; one son, Donald Mark
Lusk of Detroit, Mich., two sisters
Mrs. Ralph (Rue) Shamblin and Mrs.
Howard (Mae) Bohannon, both of
Athens; two brothers, Fred Lusk of
Athens, and Frank Lusk of Chat-
tanooga; three grandchildren;
several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted
at 2 p.m. Friday in the chapel of
Laycock Funeral Home with the
Revs. Fred J. Wohlwend and Arnold
Rogers officiating. Burial will be in
Sunrise Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be nephews Don
Shamblin, Jackie Bohannon, Morris
Allen, Curtis Allen, Jerry Lusk and
Richard Kyker.
The family will receive friends
tonight from 7 to 9 at Laycock Funeral
Home.
