Mrs W. H. Johnston, 83, an Oklahoma City resident since 1918, died Tuesday morning in her home at 1217 NW 38. The wife of Walter Johnston, Stockyard's cattle dealer, she had been in failing health for some time. Services will be 3 pm Thursday in Hahn-Cook Funeral Home with burial in Rose Hill Cemetery.
Mrs Johnston was a member of First Christian Church. She was born in Missouri. Besides her husband, she is survived by a son, Randel, of Bartlesville; four daughters, Mrs Ned Stinnett, 1908 Bedford Drive; Mrs Chester F. McCubbin, of the home; Mrs Lyle Smith, 2756 NW 17; and Mrs James A. Shirley, Anderson, SC; three sisters, Mrs Mary Veitch?, St Thomas, Canada; Mrs J. W. Johnson, Butler, MO; and Mrs Francis Ralston, Westbrook, CT; and four grandchildren.
