In Green Co Kentucky Marriage Book B, page 30 - it states Peter Elmore married Betsey Victor Nov 21, 1821 by Rev. Johnson Graham. Bond sign by Peter Elmore and John Victor

After the death of Betsey, Peter Elmore married the second time Bond May 29, 1854, to Nancy O. Graham, daughter of Johnson and Cassander Stone Graham. No children were born to this second marriage. Joseph H. Graham on bond.
