Mary Archibald came to America with her parents in 1913. She was born in Lochgelly, Scotland the 26th day of December, 1894. She was united in marriage to Thomas Goddard in 1914. To this union four children were born: Sophia Vallone of Cle Elum; Mary Ord of Roslyn; Thomas Goddard of Redding, California; and William Goddard of Mason, Illinois. She was a member of the Eastern Star #147 of Roslyn which she joined in 1914 and was past matron. A member of Royal Neighbors of America and VFW #4125 of Roslyn. She was also active in the AARP and a member of Roslyn Eagles Aux #696. She was a member of the Episcopal Church of Roslyn and belonged to ELW of the church.
She is survived by her children and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
