Mr. Virgil Ernest Veal of Fairburn passed away April 3, 2011. Mr. Veal was a successful business owner of Stonewall Specialty Inc. Among his many accomplishments, he was president of the Jaycees and Mr. South Fulton in 1971. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Anne Dow Veal of Fairburn, children, Virgil E. Veal III, and his wife, Kim, David Veal and his wife Donna, Steven Veal and his wife Denise, Montie Browning and her husband Stephen, grandchildren, Hannah, Abigail, David, Tabitha, Heather, Nathaniel, Amanda, Michael, Tyler, Cole, Lauren, Blake, great-grandchildren, Laurice, Juliana, Lacie and Truan. Funeral services will be held Wed. April 6, 2011 at 11 am in the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home. Pastor Dayne Massey and Pastor Mark Medlin officiating. Interment will follow at Holly Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Tues evening 5-7 pm at Parrott Funeral Home, Fairburn.
