Obituary

Services for Dr. F.E. Clark were held in the Thomas Funeral Home. Dr. Clark moved to Cisco in 1912 following graduating from the University of Texas School of Medicine in Galveston. He practiced here for one year and in 1913 he moved to Jayson. He returned to Cisco in 1918. He was a member of the Eastland County Medical Association, Masonic Lodge, American Hereford Association, Board of Stewards of the First Methodist Church, and former member of the Cisco School Board where he served for 16 years. Survived by his wife; four daughters - Mrs. O.O. Odom, Jr., Mrs. Leo A. Hatten, Mrs. Carl L. Siddall, MRs. Thomas B. Smartt; one brother - Raymond E. Clark; nine sisters - Ida Montgomery, MRs. A.D. Purvis, Mrs. J.A. Hart, Mrs. Clyde King, Mrs. John Gilbert, Mrs. Jessie Vittitow, Mrs. Bob McLamore, Mrs. Earl Rutherford, Mrs. Ben Harper; nine grandchildren.
