John H. Adams

The death of John H. Adams, whose home is about a mile west of Hemlock village in the town of Livonia occurred at the Highland Hospital in Rochester on Friday about noon, the result of conditions for which he was operated upon the Tuesday previous. Mr. Adams was the only son of Isaac and Hannah Becker Adams and was born in the town of Richmond on June 27, 1858. He had one sister, whose death came several years ago. Mr. Adams has lived the greater part of his life in the town of Livonia and has held offices of trust in the town, having served as superivsor for three terms an had been president of the Hemlock Agricultural Society and was a past master of the Livonia Lodge, F. and A. M. He was united in marriage to Miss Emma Wemett of Hemlock in 1880 and she with four children survive.
