Roy Kale Aker, 82, of Radford, died Sunday at Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
He was a retired plumber and a member of Fairlawn Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are his wife, Flora Belle Aker; three sons, Robert D. Aker of Pulaski, Jack Aker of Hampton and John Aker of Radford; one daughter, Charlotte Weaver of Virginia Beach; one brother, Robert Aker of Marion; one sister, Zula Smith of Avon Park Fla.; 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
The funeral was today at the Fairlawn Presbyterian Church. Interment followed in Sunrise Burial Park in Radford. Seaver-Sanders Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
