Leslie Arthur Roundy, 52, of Rutland, died Oct. 12, 2010, at Rutland Regional Medical Center, following a brief illness.

He was born Jan. 2, 1958, in Springfield, the son of Arthur E. and Mary R. (Baker) Roundy.

He married Ann Marie Pitts June 20, 1992, in Shrewsbury.

Mr. Roundy established and operated A&L Woodcrafts for many years, making toys and doll furniture, and enjoyed donating things he crafted to Ronald McDonald House, David's House and Rutland Regional Medical Center.

He volunteered with Cub Scout Pack #112 and enjoyed the ocean in Maine and craft fairs.

Survivors include his wife, two daughters, Sarah and Samantha, a son, Jacob, his father and stepmother Patricia, all of Rutland; and a brother, Larry, of Orlando, Fla.

He was predeceased by his mother in 1989.

Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 17, at the Aldous Funeral Home.

The graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 18, in Calvary Cemetery.
