Clinton Daily Advertiser, Friday, 06 Aug 1915:

Mrs. Sarah Emma Bevier died last night at the Agatha hospital at 9:30 o'clock after a lingering illness.

Mrs. Bevier was born in Clinton county, Iowa, September 25, 1854, and lived in and around Clinton most of her life. Those left to mourn her are her husband and three sons, Charles, Robertson and Henry; her mother, Mrs. M. A. Galbraith, three sisters, Mrs. Charles Freeman, Mrs. Heath and Mrs. Con Tussing and a daughter, Mrs. Fred Lampie.

The funeral services will be held at the home 624 Camanche avenue Sunday at 2:30 o'clock. Frank Horth will have charge of the funeral services.

The Clinton Herald, Friday, 06 Aug 1915:

Mrs. Frank L. Bevier, residing at 624 Camanche avenue died last night at Agatha hospital at 9:30 o'clock following an illness lasting three months. Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at the late home at 2:30 o'clock with Rev. Frank Horth of the International Bible Students officiating. Burial will be made in Springdale cemetery.

Sarah Emma Galbraith was born in Lincoln township, Clinton county, September 25, 1854. After attending the schools here she graduated from Cornell college of music at Mt. Vernon. She was united in marriage to Frank L. Bevier February 4, 1880, and to this union two children; Mrs. Lampe and Lee B., were born, who with the husband survive to mourn her death. She is also survived by three brothers, Charles, Robert, Henry; three sisters, Mrs. C. A. Heath, Mrs. Charles Freeman, Mrs. Con Tussing and her aged mother Mrs. M. A. Galbraith.
