Mrs. Leonard Sparks died at noon yesterday at her home at Sanders, of typhoid fever. She was the mother of nine children of whom five survive her and four dead. She was 57 years old and was one of the best known citizens in that neighborhood. The funeral will take place at the Burch cemetery at 2 o'clock today. Rev. John Breeden will conduct the service.
