The cause of the death was based on a preliminary diagnosis, according to Kewaunee county coroner Robert A. Weidner.
Mr. Clark spent most of his life in the Door-Kewaunee area.
He was born in the Town of Clay Banks June 3, 1892, the son of David and Amelia Clark. He was a World War I veteran and a member of Ernest Haucke American Legion post and Algoma United Methodist church.
His wife, the former Theresa Resler Olson, preceded him in death Aug. 26, 1960.
Mr. Clark is survived by seven sons, Henry, Fred and Ronald, Algoma; Edward and Clarence, Forestville; Harvey, Two Rivers, and William Olson, Egg Harbor; a daughter, Mrs. Leah LeMere, Egg harbor; 36 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Georgia Kredmann, Sheboygan.
Three brothers, two sisters and six grandchildren preceded him in death.
The funeral, the Rev. Gray officiating, was at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Soulek funeral home, Sturgeon Bay, and burial was in the Bayside cemetery, Sturgeon Bay.
