Proud Confederate Soldier
Henry C. Dubberley (Webster Parish, LA) is listed as an heir to the estate of Harriet Dubberly in a Jan. 3, 1878, petition to sell land for distribution (Macon County, Alabama Book of Wills, etc. No. 13, p. 526). Per court records, Harriet Dubberly actually died earlier "on or about 4 day of February, 1859;" but, apparently, they did not probate her estate until after her husband, Allen Dubberly died.
