He was preceded in death by his wife, Ann.
Survivors include four sisters. Agnes Carlson of California, Eileen Folker and Miriam Schaffer, both of Dayton, and Lura Judd of Florida; one brother, Joseph Hocker of Eaton; a special friend, Imogene Barnette of Dayton; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were Wednesday, Nov. 6 at Marker and Heller Funeral Home, Dayton, followed by burial in Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Dayton Area Heart Association.
