CORNELIA, Ga. - Mrs. Ida Morris Caudell, 83, died Saturday in Northeast Georgia Medical Center after a long illness.
She was a native of Habersham County, a daughter of the late John and Cynthia Smith Morris. She was a member of Level Grove Baptist Church and was the widow of Claude Caudell.
Surviving are daughters, Mrs. Fred Scroggs of Cornelia, Mrs. Grady Faukner of Commerce and Mrs. Ernest Herren of Smyrna; son, J.T. Caudell of Cornelia; brother, Curtis Morris of Toccoa, Stephens County, Georgia; sisters, Mrs. Clarence Purcell of Charlotte, N.C., Mrs. S.D. Duncan of Cornelia; 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Services at Level Grove Baptist Church. Burial in the church cemetery.
