FRED HUNNELL LAID TO REST IN CEMETERY AT MULTNOMAH PARK
Well Known Member of Fraternal Brotherhood Was Native of Nebraska.

The funeral of Fred Hunnell was held this afternoon from the parlors of Miller & Tracy, Rev. R. H. Reed officiating. Mr. Hunnell died Monday from pneumonia at the age of 40. He was born in Nebraska and had resided in Portalnd for a number of years. Mr. Hunnell was a member of Portland lodge No. 209, Fraternal Brotherhood. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Grace Hunnell, two children, three sisters and three brothers. Final services were in Multnomah Park Cemetery.

The following death notice appeared in The Oregonian, Portland, Oregon, on December 18, 1918:
"HUNNELL--In this city, December 16, Fred Hunnell, aged 40 years, beloved husband of Grace E. Hunnell, father of Lois and June Hunnell, brother of Mrs. L.A. Brandenberg, of Bend, Oregon; Miss Florence Hunnell of this city; Mrs. Willis Van Matre, of Redmond, Oregon; W. Hunnell, Bend, Oregon; G.R. Hunnell, of Mount Vernon, Missouri; E.D. Hunnell, of Mitchell, Nebraska. Funeral services will be held today (Wednesday), December 18, at 2:30 P.M., at the chapel of Miller & Tracey. Interment Multnomah Park Cemetery."
