Baby Girl Mickey was stillborn and buried in the Kern County Cemetery (Potter's Field) on Nov 2, 1921. Her family was not able to give her a proper resting place due to lack of money. Her mommy was very ill after her death and died just a little over a year after Baby Girl Mickey.
All of the members of this family have passed to the other side now and I'm sure there was a joyous reunion when they were all together once again.
The Kern County Cemetery (Potter's Field) is located in the southeast section of the Haven of Rest (main section) of Union Cemetery. The cemetery is in such disarray and has been vandalized and desecrated to the point that many of the headstones missing or broken and most of the section markers removed or moved to other locations.
