Funeral for Felton Dawson Terry, 64, of Route 2 Trinity will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home with the Rev. Steve Caudle and Rev. L.B. Voss officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
Mr. Terry died Tuesday at Decatur General Hospital. He was born March 25, 1929, in Lawrence County. Mr. Terry was a self-employed auto mechanic for 40 years.
He is survived by his wife, Gracie Lee Terry; one son, Troy Felton Terry of Trinity; four daughters, Geraldine Terry Shikles, Melinda Annette Terry and Angela Cheree Terry Brewington, all of Trinity, and Debbie Lynn Terry Cole of Somerville; his mother, Stella Terry of Trinity; five brothers, Gordon Terry of Pulaski, Tenn, Carl Terry of Moulton and Dewey Terry, Calvin Terry and Buddy Terry, all of Trinity; five sisters, Betty Morgan and Merle Garrison, both of Trinity, Marcile Sandlin and Jimmie Lou Roden, both of Priceville, and Melba Cabler of Florence; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Lamonte Byrd, Scotty Terry, Kirk Terry, Kevin Terry, Zachary Terry, Troy Terry, Jim McBride and Jimmy Hall.
