Funeral for Dewey Terry was held Thursday, February 27, 2 p.m., at Shelton Funeral Home with the Revs. Amos Hood, R.M. Johnson and Zachary Terry officiating.
Burial was in the Roselawn Cemetery.
Mr. Terry died Tuesday, February 25, 1997, at his home.
He was born in Lawrence County to Floyd C. and Stella Fuller Terry. Mr. Terry was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Terry; five sons, Tim Terry, Scotty Terry, Kirk Terry, Tatum Terry and Zeke Terry, all of Trinity; his mother, Stella Terry of Trinity; four brothers, Gordon Terry of Pulaski, Tenn., Buddy Terry and Calvin Terry, both of Trinity and Carl Terry of Moulton; five sisters, Betty Morgan and Merle Garrison, both of Trinity, Marcille Sandlin of Decatur, Jimmie Lou Lemmond of Priceville and Melba Cabler of Florence; and three grandchildren.
Nephews were the pallbearers.
