Obituary - Death came on Saturday, May 19th, 1877, at 15 Mi. past nine in the evening of lung desease, after twenty-one days illness. Ann Winsborough, wife of Samuel R. Western, was born 6 October 1814 at Tiverton, Devon., England. She embraced the gospel 8 March 1852 in Livery Street, Birmingham, England, emigrated to Utah in 1868. She was the mother of thirteen children, ten of them living; Was a firm believer in the gospel and died in full faith of a glorious resurrection. She prayed for death, and her last words were, "I am going to be happy," as she quickly sank to rest. She leaves her husband and a large family to mourn her passing. (Millennial Star)
