Helen G. Shultz, 92, of Midway Street died at 10:55 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 30, 2004, at Columbus Health & Rehabilitation Center.
Mrs. Shultz was a homemaker and a member of Memorial Baptist Church.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Myers Funeral Service, Reed & Jewell Chapel on 25th Street, with the Rev. Brian Teater officiating.
Calling will be from 11 a.m. until service time Monday. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Memorial Baptist Church or the donor's choice of charities.
Born in Cozad, Neb., July 6, 1912, Mrs. Shultz was the daughter of John and Jessie McKelvey Gayman. She married Harold Bryce Shultz.
She is survived by a daughter-in-law and caregiver, Bertha Shultz of Columbus; grandchildren, Susan Thayer, Kevin and Tim Shultz and Sarah Jones, all of Columbus; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband on Jan. 20, 1969; a son, Harold B. Shultz; two brothers; and three sisters.
