Bessie was the 5th child born to Allen and Ella Hamett Hall in Lamar Co. TX. And married Frank Miller Dec.1,1929 in Hugo Choctaw Co. OK. Frank and Bess had 1 daughter Helen Odell, and lived in the Tigertown Lamar Co. TX area and movrd to Borger Hutchinson Co. in the 40's. Frank retired from the City of Borger and Bess was a homemaker. She made many beatuful quilts.

Services for Mrs. Bessie May Miller,82,of 219 W Madison, will be at 2 p.m. Friday in the University Heights Christian Church with the Rev. Bernie Frazier, pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery by Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors.
Mrs. Miller died Tuesday in her home. A housewife, Mrs. Miller was a native of Texas. She had been a Borger resident for 34 years and was a Methodist.
She was preceded in death by her husband Frank D. Miller
in 1979. Survivors are her daughter, Mrs. Helen Riley of Borger; two grandsons, Bill and Kim Wigart; and two great grandchildren, Daylon and Misty Wigart.
Pallbeares will be Hap Bess, Ray Ooley, Travis Hysmith, David Ayers and Otis Smith.
