Barbara G. Schmall 80, of Rushville passed away November 4, 2004 at Rush Memorial Hospital.
Born May 5, 1924 in Knightstown, IN she was the daughter of the late Joseph & Anna Ayres Gulde. She married Harold L. Schmall May 30, 1946 and he preceded her in death April 24, 1998.
She graduated from Rushville High in 1941 and was a homemaker. She was past president of the American Legion Aux. and member of St. Mary Catholic Church.
Survivors include her son Daniel of Mattoon, IL; daughter Carol (Mrs. William) Strode of Charleston, IL; brothers Bill( wife Karmen) Gulde of Rushville & Bud (wife Tibby) Gulde of Ft. Myers, Fl. Two grandchildren & four great Grandchildren also survive. In addition to her husband, one brother and three sisters preceded her in death.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 AM Tuesday November 9, 2004 at St. Mary Catholic Church with Rev. Bill Turner officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
Friends may call Monday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Todd Funeral Home in Rushville with the rosary recited at 7:30 PM
