Elizabeth R. Bailey, loving mother and grandmother, 76, of Oxford, passed away Saturday, Feb. 21, 2009, at Laurelwood Nursing Home in Elkton, Md.
She was the wife of the late E. Willard Bailey.
Born in Baltimore, Md., she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Nellie Russell.
She was a retired Realtor in the Oxford area.
Elizabeth was a member of St. Christopher's Church, Oxford.
She enjoyed bingo, dogs and spending time with her family.
She is survived by two sons, Michael D. Main and his wife, Debora, of Oxford, and Glenn S. Main and his wife, Christine, of York; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Kathleen Redmond; a son, Jack "Dexter" Main; and a granddaughter, Natalie Lanham.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 26, at the Edward L. Collins Funeral Home Inc., 86 Pine St., Oxford, where friends may call from 1 to 2 p.m.
Interment will be in Glen Run Cemetery, Atglen.
