Mrs. Alma Stovall Faith, 84, widow of the late Dr. J. F. Faith of Winnfield, died Friday night, March 24, 1967 in a local hospital here, after a long illness. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday at Winnfield Methodist Church.

The Rev. Richard Walton officiated with burial in Winnfield Cemetery.

Mrs. Faith, a native of Stovall Community in Jackson Parish, was a longtime resident of Winn Parish, having lived here since 1926. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and a member of the Methodist Church for 40 years.

She is survived by three sons, John Faith and James Faith, both of Coral Gables, Fla., and Mayo Faith of Ponchatoula; two daughters, Mrs. Jo Ann Barham, Fordyce, Ark., and Mrs. Loyce Robbins, New Albany, Miss.; two brothers, Logan Stovall, Dodson, and John C. Stovall, Kermit, Tex.; one sister, Mrs. Nita Nicholson, New Orleans; eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Richard Heard, Dudley Shell, Dennis Shell, Denton Shell, Frank Shaw, and Bobby Byrnes.
