AMES, Fisher, 86, of OKC, died Nov. 21, 1991. He was born July 6, 1905 in OKC to Charles and Elizabeth Pearl Ames. He attended Harvard and OU Law School. He was a member of SAE and Coif Society. Served in Naval Intelligence 4 1/2 years in WWII and resigned with rank of commander. He is survived by his wife, Jewell; daughter and son-in-law, Judith and Dr. James Rhoads of Topeka, Ks. and Sarah and Bruce Lenz of OKC; and 4 grandsons; a brother, Longstreet Ames of Austin, Tx. Services will be 11:00 a. m. Saturday at Hahn-Cook/Street & Draper Chapel with interment in Rose Hill Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Okla. Medical Research Foundation or a charity of your choice.
