31 Aug 1970: Levi V. Sonnon, 67, 912 Miller St., died Sunday morning in the Good Samaritan Hospital after a two-month illness. Born in Lebanon County, he was a son of the late Levi and Minnie Siegrist Sonnon. He was employed by the Bressler Metal Works. He was a member of the Keystone Gun Club, the Friendship Fire Co., and the Rural Security Fire Co. Surviving is his wife, Marion M. Allwein Sonnon; three sons, George W. and Lloyd R., both of Lebanon, and of Dennis L. Newmanstown RD 1; three daughters, Kathryn, wife of Aaron Wolfe, Lebanon, Arnetta wife of William Bechtel, Lebanon RD 2, and Helen, wife of Earl Walker, Lebanon; and a brother, David Sonnon, West Lebanon. Also surviving are four sisters: Bertha, wife of John Steward; Minerva, wife of Lester Miller, Mrs. Katie Frantz and Mrs. Minnie Zombro, all of Lebanon; 25 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
