She was born June 14, 1913 at Annabella, Utah, a daughter of James and Effie Nebeker Barney. She married Rex Coray Cloward, June 15, 1937 at Richfield. She worked as a LPN at the Utah State Hospital for over 18 years.She is survived by her husband of Payson; two sons and a daughter, Robert "Bob" Cloward, Lehi; Chad Cloward, Payson and Carol Jean Evans of Mesa, Arizona; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; a brother and six sisters, Von Barney, Annabella; Hazel Peterson, Sandy; Reva Brown, Magna; Vivian Chamberlain, Orderville; Edith Stocks; Evansville, Indiana; Lora Knight, Modesto, California and Martha Kearns of Hatcreek, California. (A brother, Dwight Barney, preceded her in death.)
Graveside services will be Monday, 11 a.m. at the Payson City Cemetery, 805 East 400 North. Friends may call at the Walker Mortuary, 587 South 100 West, Payson, Monday from 10-10:45 a.m.
