Ann Baumeister, 95, of Greensburg, died Friday, Oct. 26, 2001, in the Oak Hill Rest Home. She was born Feb. 5, 1906, in Marguerite, a daughter of the late Frank and Mary Fuchala Salko.

Ann was a retired employee of Seton Hill College and a member of the Blessed Sacrament Cathedral and its Rosary Altar Society.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard Baumeister; a sister, Teresa Gulibon; and five brothers, Frank, John, Mike ``Duck,'' Joseph ``Gooch'' and Stephen ``Hun'' Salko.

She is survived by two sons, Carl and wife, Judy Baumeister, and Bernard Baumeister, both of Greensburg; two sisters, Madge Zabkar of Latrobe and Mary Macey of Ligonier; five grandchildren, Brett Baumeister and wife, Christine Bensko, of Glenmoore, Stacey Armel and husband, Mark, of Greensburg and Bernadette, Brian and Joshua Baumeister of Ruffsdale; and a great-grandchild, Devin Armel of Greensburg.

Friends will be received at the KEPPLE-GRAFT FUNERAL HOME INC., 524 N. Main St., Greensburg, Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A prayer service will be held in the funeral home Monday at 9:30 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. in the Blessed Sacrament Cathedral. Entombment will follow in Greensburg Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Sisters of Charity Building Fund, Mt. Thor Road, Greensburg, PA 15601. Terence L. Graft, funeral director in charge of the arrangements.
