OBITUARY: Lillie Elizabeth Crocker, 52, was found dead at her home in Gotebo, Dec. 17th. Dr. Bill Mask, county medical examiner, said death was apparently from natural causes.

Mrs. Crocker's father, Charlie Irvin, and a brother, Marion Irvin, called the Sheriff's office when they were unable to rouse her Sunday morning. Deputy Carl Harris investigated. She was found on the floor where she had fallen, apparently a day or two earlier, it was reported.

She was born Nov. 14, 1926 in Gotebo to Charlie D. and Nettie Roena (Guffee) Irvin. She married James Allen Crocker and they made their home in Gotebo where she was a homemaker. She had been a resident of the Gotebo community most of her life.

Surviving are her father, Charlie Irvin; a sister Mary Ruth Jolley of Chickasha; and four brothers, Willie Irvin and Claudie Irvin of Winfield, Kansas; Marion Irvin, Hobart and Andrew Irvin, Chickasha. Her husband, Allen Crocker, her mother Nettie Roena Irvin and her brother Robert Edward Irvin preceded her in death.

Funeral services were held at the First Baptist Church in Gotebo at 2 p.m. Tuesday, December 19th, 1978. The Rev. Levi Stockton, Clinton, officiated.

Paulbearers were Ricky, Jimmy, Ronnie, Billy, Bobby and Donnie Irvin.

Burial followed in the Gotebo Cemetery, Gotebo, Kiowa County, Oklahoma.
