Nancy Deverman, 81, of Northbrook, died Sept. 27 in Skokie. Mrs. Deverman, wife of the late George Deverman, was born in Akron, Ohio and worked as a retail supervisor. She is survived by her sisters, Kathryn Spillman, Julia Atwater, and Dorothy Binder; and her brothers, Michael, Carl, James and Stephen Papai. Services were held Saturday at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Glenview; Rev. Richard G. Maassel officiated. Interment was at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery, Glenview.
