Imogene "Jean" Williams, 79, of Rockdale died Sunday, February 16, in Houston. Funeral services were held Wednesday, February 19, 2003 Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home with burial in the Little River Cemetery.
She was born January 19, 1924 in Maysfield to Elbert and Kathleen Hollingsworth.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 51 years, Garland Williams.
She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Billy Wedemeyer of Houston; one niece and her husband, Lisa and Jimmie Wilson of LaPorte, two great nephews, Byars and Brooks Wilson and one great niece, Baylee Wilson of LaPorte; one stepdaughter and her husband, Shirley and Jim Tooke, of Aurora, Colorado; one stepson, Duane Williams, of Rockdale.
