He leaves his wife, Hala, three sons; Euil of Wayne City, Elmer of the army and Lawrence at home; and a daughter, Mrs. Opal Bailey of Wayne City, his stepmother, Mary Ferguson, two brothers, Gilbert and Oliver of Wayne City and eight sisters: Mrs. Nettie Clark of Greeley, Colorado, Edith Henson of Orchardville, Anna Matthews, Miss Wilma, Mrs. Eva Bortorff, Miss Betty and Miss Mary Lou, all of Wayne City, and Alberta Vest of Sims. Burial in Bailey cemetery.
