Christopher married Laura J. Walker and they had 4 children (Anna M., Lewis Edward, Henry Day, and Rebecca Ellen) Laura J. Walker Corlett died in 1890 and Christopher married Sarah M. Eggleson. There were no children of this marriage. Christopher owned several 80 acre sections of land in Bates County near Morris Cemetery, and was a farmer by trade.
