David F. Ditzler, 83, passed away at 2:20 p.m. Monday at his home, 1841 Scull Street, after a three month illness of apoplexy. He formerly resided at Green Point. He was a retired carpenter and worshipped in the Lutheran faith. He leaves to survive his wife, Mrs. Caroline (Wise) Ditzler; and the following sons and daughters; Clinton, at home; Mrs. Ralph Albert, Clayton W. Ditzler, Addie Ditzler, Mrs. Miles Speicher and David Ditzler, all of Lebanon. Also surviving are five grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
He was the last of his immediate family.

The funeral of David F. Ditzler, 1841 Scull Street, was held at 3 p.m. today from the Rohland Parlors, Fifth and Cumberland Streets. Rev. Norman I. Fake, pastor of the Bethany E. U. B. Church officiated. Interment followed on the Ebenezer Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were in charge of Rohlands.
