DEATH OF WM. PRULL
On Sunday, April 15, at Dolliver, Iowa, occurred the death of William Prull, a former Hancock county resident, at the age of 37 [sic - other evidence suggests that it should be 34] years.
Mr. Prull was stricken with an attack of appendicitis, and it was this that caused his death.
He was born in Hancock county [other evidence says Parkersburg, which is in Butler County] in 1880 [sic - should be 1883]. In 1906 he was united in marriage to Miss Martha Gast at Klemme, Iowa. He leaves besides his wife three daughters, one son, five brothers and four sisters, beside other relatives.
Mr. Prull lived in this vicinity until a few years ago when he moved to Dolliver.
The body was brought to Britt and funeral services were held in the M. E. Church Wednesday afternoon at one o'clock, Rev. Muhleman and a Dolliver minister conducting the services. The remains were laid to rest at Evergreen cemetery.
All of his brothers and sisters were present at the funeral except Mrs. Chas. Johnson of Grand Valley, Colorado, and his brother John of Loveland, Colorado.
The stricken family have the heartfelt sympathy of all in their dark hour.
Buried at Evergreen Cemetery, Britt, Iowa.
