Mrs. Tamblin worked part time at Fowler Grocery Store before moving to Ogdensburg, where she and her husband resided most of their lives. They moved to the nursing home five years ago.
Born March 4, 1908, in Edwards, she was a daughter of Wilber and Ana Thurstin Dana.
She married Charles H. Tamblin on Oct. 25, 1926, in Richville with the Rev. Frank Bennets officiating.
Surviving besides her husband are five nieces, five nephews and a cousin.
A private funeral will be today at Fox-McLellan Funeral Home at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
There will be no calling hours.
