Helen Walker Ewing,96,of McGehee died Monday at Arkansas Hospice-Doctors Hospital at Little Rock.Born Nov. 3rd,1910,she was a daughter of the late Dr. James W.Walker and Magnolia Miller Walker.Survivors include two daughters,Patricia E. Dahl of Cape Girardau,Mo.,and Mary Brice Ewing McElrath of Little Rock;three grandchildren;and one great-grandchild.She was also preceded in death by her husband of 56 years,George Brice Ewing;one sister,Maxine Walker Vanlandingham;and two brothers,James A. Walker and Dr. David L. Walker.Graveside services will be at 2p.m. Thursday in McGehee Cemetery with the Rev.Lon Hardin officiating.Arrangements are by Griffin Funeral Service of McGehee.
