Peggy was born Sept. 26, 1929 in Carbon Hills, Alabama to Zenis & Dorothy (Woodman) Tomlin. As a young girl Peggy moved with her family to Mojave, California where she received her education.

She married Billy Dean Miller on January 15, 1960 and together they made Mojave their home.

Mr. Miller preceded Peggy in death in 1982 and in 1984 she moved to Colfax, WA where she lived until moving to Pullman in 2007.

Peggy was a loving homemaker, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She worked through the years as a housekeeper in the hotel industry. Peggy enjoyed family time, jigsaw puzzles and taking walks.

In addition to her husband Billy, Peggy was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Charles, Curtis, and Eleanor.

Peggy will be buried at the East Kern Cemetery in Mojave, CA with her husband Billy.
