Bunkie, LA. -- Funeral services were held at 9 am today in The Church of the Little Flower in Evergreen for Mrs. Irma Riche Thayer, 86, of Bunkie. She died Saturday at 12:10 pm in a local clinic. Interment was in the Evergreen Catholic Cemetery, under the direction of Hixson Bros. Funeral Home of Bunkie. Survivors include two sons; Woodrow Thayer of Bunkie and J. C. Thayer of Groves, Texas; five daughters: Mrs. C. R. Eubanks of Baton Rouge, Mrs. Rufus Hall of Bunkie, Mrs. R. S. Harper of Bunkie, Mrs. J. W. Spencer of Evergreen, and Mrs. Q. J. Seeling of Alexandria; and one sister, Mrs. Ida Galland of Evergreen.
