Age 59 died Thursday, June 5, 2003 at home, surrounded by his loving family.
Mr. Aha-mad spent most of his career as a superintendent with the Delaware State Hospital. He was a member of the Newport Masonic Lodge and the Nur Temple Shriners.
Mr. Ahamad will be greatly missed by his wife, Marie; sons, Neeshard, Aref and Azar Ahamad; brothers, Taj and Fazeel Ahamad; sister, Saleena Carew, Julie Koven, Wajeeda Bissoondath, Lazina Ahamad and Susan Denka; and his mother, Ayesha Khan Ahamad.
Funeral services were held on Friday, June 6, 2003 with burial in Silverbrook Cemetery
