POLLOCK Mabel, 87, passed away at her home in Choctaw, OK on July 23, 2003. She was born in Payne County, OK on July 21, 1916 to Alvin E. Moorhead and Natalie Whitmore Moorhead. Mabel was a talented sketch artist & painter & an accomplished pianist. She graduated from Stillwater High School & attended Oklahoma A & M for 1 year. She is survived by 1 daughter: Natalie Davis; 1 son: John Pollock; 2 grandsons: Erryn Pollock & wife, Rowena & Jason Davis & wife, Dana; 3 granddaughters: Jennifer O'Cain & husband, Brian, Celeste Davis & Mariah Davis; 3 great-grandchildren: Danny, Brandon, & Anthony Davis; and a previous daughter-in-law Virginia Pollock. She was preceded in death by her husband: Gilbert Pollock, a brother, Fred Moorhead, 3 sisters: Josephine Barrett, Christine Hudiburg, & Beulah Concilla, & a son, Chris Pollock. Memorial service will be at 2:00 p.m. July 26, 2003 at Choctaw First United Methodist Church. Memorial donations may be made to Choctaw 1st UMC Building Fund.
