Daughter of Wilson Ells born June 18, 1805 and Celestia Doolittle Ells.

Wilson was son of Moses Ells, a descendant of Colonel Samuel Ells 1666-1714, and Loamy Warren, a descendant of Capt. John Reed 1633-1730 an officer in Cromwell's army.

Celestia is buried in Cherry Creek Cemetery Plot 116.

Phoebe Married Jacob C. Bullock son of Rueben Bullock and Margaret Blaine Bullock.

Children include Elmer Orlando Bullock who married Florence Caroline Cottrell.

Mrs. Phoebe Ells Bullock died at her home in Jamestown, Monday, Feb. 11, of paralysis, aged 82 years.
The funeral was held at the M.E. Church, at Cherry Creek, Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. Smallenberger officiating, assisted by Rev. J. G. Wirth. Mrs. William Silliman and Mrs. H. E. Taber furnished the music. The bearers were; C. H. Martin, B. J. Griswold, G. W. Rood and Bert Scott.
Interment in Highland Cemetery.
Her son, Nathan Bullock, with whom she made her home, was unable to attend the funeral, on account of being in the W.C.A. Hospital from injuries recently received.
