OGDEN - Robert Frank Johnson, 85 passed away Saturday, October 17, 2015 at Davis hospital and medical center with his family by his side.

He was born July 5, 1930 in Ogden, Utah to Frank and Nellie Shilvock Johnson. Robert married Shirley A. Gardner on August 29, 1959 in Las Vegas, Nevada, Shirley passed away February 16, 1996.

He graduated from Ogden High School. Robert lived in Roy for 34 years and his log home for 18 years. If there was ever a man that could make such a positive impact to his Horses, Dogs, Cats, & family it would be Bob, the legacy he has left behind and the journey he has made will forever be remembered.

He is survived by his sons, Douglas (Meghan) Johnson, Craig Johnson, and daughter Cathy Maxfield, five grandchildren Taylor Johnson, Austin Johnson, Kelly Johnson, Craig C.R. Johnson, and Steele Maxfield.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Shirley and brother Ronnie Johnson.

A special thank you to Heritage Park, Hospice & Community Nursing Services for their loving care.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, October 22, 2015 at 11 A.M. at the Roy City Cemetery, 5200 South 2300 West, Roy. Arrangements under the direction of Myers Roy Mortuary.
