William Green "Bill" Bennion
1949 - 2008

Early Life: Bill was born September 3, 1949, to William Horne and Wanda Mae Green Bennion. He grew up in Salt Lake City, where he over came many physical and mental challenges. He made numerous friends while attending Stewart, Webster, Washington, Columbus and American Fork Training schools. As a youth, he brought joy to many by selling spudnuts throughout his neighborhood.
Life's Work/Service/Interests: Bill spent his adult life in Utah County where he had a wonderful career working with associates at Sam's Club and in various sheltered workshops. Many admired Bill for the great example he was of kindness, patience, compassion and of truly enduring to the end. William Green Bennion passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February, 27 2008.
Family Message: "Bill's family would like to thank all those who touched his life in any way. They are especially grateful for the compassionate care he received throughout the years from the wonderful people at Tri-Connections, Danville and the Utah County Medical community."
Survived By: His five loving sisters: Bonnie (Dr. Richard) Brown, Susan (David) McQueen, Barbara (David) Cockayne, Elizabeth (Gary) Kirby and Marilyn (Jeff) Merkley; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, two uncles and one aunt.
